On September 30, 2024, Ningbo Hyatt Roller Co., Ltd.(NHRC) recently obtained a patent certification called "Device for distinguishing the direction of tapered rollers". The patent authorization announcement number is CN 221776982 U, and the application was submitted in December 2023.
The patent description mentions that this invention is a device for distinguishing the direction of tapered rollers, which includes a main frame with a slide designed on the frame for the tapered roller to pass through. When the tapered roller moves along the slide, the roller with the wrong direction will be blocked by the screening element, while the roller with the right direction can pass over the screening element. This screening device can easily identify the orientation of tapered rollers without the need for human intervention.
