ZWZ various bearing products replace imported products

1. A new type of platform is the main model of a leading enterprise in China wind power industry. As an important China supplier of spindle bearings for this customer, ZWZ has simultaneously developed and promoted the localization of single-row tapered main shaft bearings with the customer. The spindle bearings developed by the customer have successfully replaced imports, and the product delivery cycle has been shortened by promoting the bainite process.

Single-row tapered bearings have a large load-bearing capacity and are the preferred structure for large-megawatt wind turbine spindle bearings. However, due to their large size and high precision requirements, they have been imported before. ZWZ was the first to independently develop an integral frame single-row tapered spindle bearing to replace imports, driving the localization of single-row tapered spindle bearings.

2. The split bearings for large H-beam rolling mills developed by ZWZ have successfully replaced imports in well-known China steel companies, reducing customers' procurement costs, shortening procurement cycles, ensuring the stability of customer equipment use, and have been well received by wide customers.

Some bearings had been monopolized by a foreign brand in the early stage, with a long procurement cycle and high costs. ZWZ reached a consensus with the customer on localization. After in-depth technical exchanges and two on-site improvements, it successfully replaced imports, accumulated experience in the manufacture of large split cylindrical roller bearings, and expanded its market share in the steel industry.

3. Recently, the self-lubricating bearings for thick plate cooling beds developed by ZWZ have successfully replaced imports in leading China steel industry enterprises, completed the localization of the self-lubricating bearings for the customer's 3,800mm wide and thick plate cooling beds, and won the order for the entire line of supporting bearings for the 3,800mm wide and thick plate cooling beds, reducing the customer's bearing procurement costs by approximately RMB 1.2 million each year.

The bearings for this customer's thick plate line have always been monopolized by foreign brands. ZWZ's engineering and technical personnel went to the customer's site to investigate the working conditions, provide solutions, optimize product design, and sign a special bearing technology agreement with the customer, thus solving the company's "bottleneck" problem of imported bearings.
