ZWZ efficiently copes with challenges and successfully delivers high-precision industrial gearbox bearings

Recently, the Medium and Large Bearing Branch of ZWZ received an urgent order from a well-known European company to produce 50 sets of industrial gearbox bearings of specific specifications. This batch of products is part of the customer's key project and is listed as the company's "green channel" project. All deliveries must be completed in early November.

This batch of bearings has extremely high requirements for dimensional accuracy and deformation control, and is difficult to process. During the production process, the branch encountered multiple challenges such as delayed raw material supply and technical process adjustments. In order to ensure on-time delivery, the branch quickly organized employees to work overtime and continuously optimized the production process to minimize processing and testing time.

This year, the Medium and Large Bearing Branch has put into operation a new medium-sized tapered bearing production line. This production line not only improves production efficiency, but also significantly improves product quality. Based on this advantage, all departments of the branch worked closely together, and finally successfully completed the production and delivery of all 50 sets of bearings on November 8, ensuring the smooth progress of customer projects and winning high recognition from customers.
