New patent from Wafangdian Jinguanda Bearing improves quenching process efficiency
According to the latest reports, information released by the State Intellectual Property Office shows that Wafangdian Jinguanda Bearing Manufacturing Co., Ltd. has obtained an innovative patent called "A sealed box for bearing quenching", with the authorization announcement number CN 222182334 U. The patent application was submitted in April 2024.
This new technology is designed to optimize the bearing quenching process and aims to improve the speed and efficiency of quenching. The patent describes a specially constructed sealed box with a slide and a movable baffle, operated by a pull ring, and a built-in ventilation system and fan for cooling the treated bearings.
