Teachers and students of China Gansu Mechanical and Electrical Vocational Technical College visited Gansu Hailin Bearing Company for a study tour

On the afternoon of December 24, a group of about 40 teachers and students from Gansu Mechanical and Electrical Vocational and Technical College visited Hailin Company for study. This activity is conducive to promoting the exchange and development between schools and enterprises, and building a bridge for students to closely integrate theory and practice.

Under the careful guidance of leaders such as Liu Xingmin, assistant to the general manager of Hailin Company, and Zhang Bin, director of the Human Resources Department, the teachers and students started the tour in an orderly manner. The teachers and students of the School of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering visited the digital exhibition hall, production department, energy center and the production site of the third factory in turn. In the digital exhibition hall, through rich graphic materials, product physical display and multimedia demonstration, we have a comprehensive understanding of the company's development history, corporate culture, core technology and main products.

When visiting the information monitoring platform, teachers and students explored its intelligent production system in depth. The MES system greatly improved production efficiency and product quality through precise process control and real-time data monitoring. At the same time, the energy-saving and emission-reduction measures of the energy supply system were fully reflected in the equipment process optimization and resource recycling, demonstrating the deep integration of scientific and technological innovation and green development concepts, allowing teachers and students to truly appreciate the wisdom and charm of modern industry.

Entering the third branch factory, He Honghao, director of the administrative office, explained the bearing production and manufacturing process to teachers and students on the spot. The intelligent production of the branch factory and the AGV trolley cooperated tacitly, showing the powerful advantages of advanced production technology in precise processing operations and efficient material flow. Teachers and students observed carefully and deeply grasped the key points of the application of professional knowledge in actual industrial production.

This visit and study allowed teachers and students of the School of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering to personally experience the vigorous vitality of new industrial enterprises, broaden their horizons, increase their knowledge, and have a clearer understanding of the application prospects and development direction of their majors, and their inner enthusiasm for learning and innovation awareness were fully stimulated.
