C&U group launched a new multi-row roller bearing to enhance equipment stability
The State Intellectual Property Office has confirmed and published a new invention of C&U - an improved multi-row roller bearing. The patent (grant announcement number CN 222208621 U) was applied for in March this year and has now been officially approved.
The design introduces a unique bearing structure consisting of an outer ring and two inner rings, each of which is equipped with axial rollers between the outer ring. The special feature is that there are raceways inside the outer ring and outside the first inner ring, and radial rollers are installed between the two. The contact surfaces of these rollers are designed to be arc-shaped to ensure that their surfaces are also arc-shaped. This design simplifies the overall structure and gives the bearing excellent self-aligning function, greatly reducing the impact of changes in tilt angle on machine performance, thereby ensuring smooth operation and extending the service life of mechanical components.
