[ZWZ express] The research and development project of large-scale tandem thrust cylindrical roller bearing group of ZWZ passed the new product appraisal
On March 20, the China Machinery Industry Federation organized a new product appraisal meeting for the "Large Tandem Thrust Cylindrical Roller Bearing Group Research and Development" project completed by the ZWZ at the ZWZ Research and Development Center. The appraisal committee listened to the project report and reviewed the relevant technical information. It believed that the product has independent intellectual property rights, outstanding innovation in the research and development of large-scale tandem thrust cylindrical roller bearings, and reached the international advanced level, and agreed to pass the new product appraisal.
The "Large Tandem Thrust Cylindrical Roller Bearing Group Research and Development" project developed a tandem thrust cylindrical roller bearing group product suitable for large extrusion granulator gearboxes, optimized the structural parameters of the tandem thrust cylindrical roller bearing group, and ensured the strength and stiffness of the bearing; developed the assembly technology of the tandem thrust cylindrical roller bearing to achieve uniform load distribution inside the bearing; designed a stiffness measurement method for the tandem thrust cylindrical roller bearing group, and verified the accuracy of the theoretical calculation results through comparison. The product has been installed and applied by customers, showing that the product has stable operation, good performance, and significant economic and social benefits.
