LYXQR launches innovative quenching technology for wind turbine spindle bearings
LYXQR has submitted a patent application entitled "A medium-frequency heating overall surface quenching method for wind turbine TRB main shaft bearings", with publication number CN 119662967 A and application date of November 2024.
According to the patent abstract, this invention proposes a new surface treatment process designed for wind turbine TRB main shaft bearings. The specific operation process is to place a workpiece made of medium-carbon alloy steel on an induction heating device and heat it by multiple induction heaters close to the working raceway surface of the workpiece. During the high-speed rotation of the workpiece, the induction heater heats its working raceway surface to the set temperature, then stops heating and stops the workpiece from rotating, and finally immerses the workpiece in coolant to complete the overall surface quenching.
