[New product] The bearing for 1450 cold continuous rolling mill developed by ZWZ help customer reduce procurement costs by more than 50%

A customer's 1450mm six-roller five-roll cold rolling mill production line originally had all the bearings of the rollers imported. Due to the long procurement cycle and high price of imported bearings, combined with the performance of Wazhou Bearing in cold-rolled automotive plates and 1450mm five-roll rolling in the leading domestic industry, the customer chose ZWZ Bearing to exclusively develop domestic bearings to replace imports.

ZWZ Bearing set up a technical team to conduct in-depth research on the customer's production site, deeply understand the rolling force and rolling speed of the entire rolling mill production line, analyze the mill structure, performance, actual use conditions, and the installation and lubrication methods of the bearings. After investigation, the four-row tapered roller bearings for the intermediate rolls and working rolls use a new sealing structure for foreign brands. In order to meet the foreign bearing use standards, Wazhou Bearing optimized the design of the intermediate roll and working roll bearings, determined the curing manufacturing process flow, and the product was installed and used well in the customer's machine, meeting the customer's various use requirements and achieving the same service life as imported bearings. The customer reduced the procurement cost by more than 50%, and the procurement cycle was shortened by more than half a year, which played a vital role in ensuring the supply of the customer's on-site production and was highly appreciated by the customer.
