Optimize incoming material acceptance and protective measures to significantly reduce product bumps and scratches. In response to heat treatment deformation problems, the innovative CNC lathe rounding process is adopted, and the rapid feedback mechanism for grinding processing problems is improved, which promotes a significant increase in the first-time acceptance rate of products year-on-year.
While strictly controlling quality, the workshop also strengthened cost control, especially setting higher standards for product fit rate. In response to special technical problems such as four-point contact ball bearings and spherical roller bearings, a special research team was quickly established. Through in-depth analysis of the root causes of the problems, systematic transformation and upgrading of key production equipment, innovative optimization of processing technology and measurement methods, remarkable results have been achieved.
