Zhou Kaikai, a technician in the smart workshop of the Auto Parts Division of Zhejiang CMI Bearing Co., Ltd., pointed to the machine tool and introduced it to the reporter: "This is a fully automatic workshop processing machine tool that we jointly developed with Zhejiang Xuhui Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd. The tool can be automatically replaced, and continuous processing can reduce manual intervention and operation. At present, compared with our ordinary hydraulic connection, this automated production line has improved the processing efficiency by about 20%, the quality pass rate has increased from 99.5% to 99.85%, and the labor cost has also been greatly reduced."

"We have cooperated with other companies to develop a three-in-one special machine tool for eccentric sleeve drilling, tapping and deburring. The original processing of this product required four people, but now it can be completed by one person. We also plan to cooperate with local companies in Xinchang to change the existing hydraulic machine tool connection to hydraulic CNC machine tool connection, so as to reduce the learning cost and adjustment difficulty of employees and improve production efficiency."
