Recently, a professional competition for technical workers in the local bearing industry was successfully held in the Wafangdian Technical School. This was the theoretical examination of the fifth "Axle Capital Craftsman Cup" skill competition in Wafangdian City. The exam covered two events, electrician and quality inspector, and attracted more than 150 employees from many bearing companies in the city to sign up.

The event was jointly sponsored by the Wafangdian Federation of Trade Unions and the Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, and hosted by the Wafangdian Group Trade Union and the Dalian Wafangdian Bearing Industry Association. It aims to improve the professional quality and technical level of front-line employees through a systematic and standardized competition format, and further consolidate the talent base for the development of the local bearing industry.

The exam content is set around the actual needs of the position, with a variety of question types, including single-choice, multiple-choice, judgment, short answer and comprehensive analysis questions, which comprehensively examine the contestants' understanding and application of professional knowledge. In order to ensure the authority and fairness of the exam, the question setting work is responsible for senior experts in the industry, the exam process is strictly carried out in accordance with standardized procedures, and the marking process is open and transparent.

The structure of the participants shows the characteristics of a combination of "old, middle-aged and young", including both technical experts who have been rooted in the front line for a long time and young backbones who have grown rapidly in recent years. Many contestants said that this exam is not only an opportunity to test their knowledge, but also a process of self-improvement, which helps them find their shortcomings and clarify their learning direction.

After careful review, 20 excellent candidates were selected for each of the two projects of electrician and quality inspector to enter the next round of practical competition. The practical stage will focus on testing the actual operation ability and on-site response level of the contestants, and the connotation of "craftsman spirit" will be truly demonstrated at that time.

As one of the important bases for bearing manufacturing in my country, Wafangdian City has continued to promote the construction of a skilled talent training system in recent years. The "Axle Capital Craftsman Cup" event has become an important platform for regional industrial workers to display their skills, exchange experiences and improve their quality, providing solid talent support for the high-quality development of the local bearing industry.
