BaHuan Group Successfully Concludes 2025 Independent Assessment of Engineer Professional Titles
On the afternoon of September 12th, Bahuan Technology Group Co., Ltd. held a grand meeting for its 2025 Engineering and Technical Professional Title Review Conference at the group's headquarters. This was the second review meeting held by Bahuan since it obtained independent qualification for the engineer title review. Lin Xia, a first-level senior staff member at the Taizhou Talent Service Center, and Ren Shouchao, a member of the Party Leadership Group and deputy director of the Luqiao District Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, attended the meeting. Zi Xiaolin, Assistant to the President and Director of the Research Institute of Bahuan Technology Group, served as the chairperson, and Li Shang, Assistant to the Group President, attended the meeting.
The review committee strictly adhered to the review requirements and selected 11 experts with extensive professional knowledge and practical experience from the expert pool. These experts included university mechanical engineering faculty, experts from bearing industry associations, and master craftsmen. After an initial qualification review, 30 applicants from Bahuan Technology Group's technical service, manufacturing, design, and development positions entered the expert review phase. Fifteen of these applicants applied for junior and 15 intermediate professional titles.
During the review process, the reviewers carefully reviewed the application materials. One applicant overcame key technical challenges in the company's new energy vehicle bearing project, significantly improving product performance and earning customer recognition. Another applicant proposed an innovative solution for optimizing production processes, effectively reducing production costs and improving efficiency. Ultimately, after an objective, fair, and impartial review, 27 applicants were deemed qualified for junior and intermediate engineer positions.
