Reliable

The tower mill's permanent magnet-gear drive system adopts a low-speed drive scheme, significantly reducing vibration and noise. The product has undergone multiple tests before leaving the factory, including permanent magnet motor type testing, drive system no-load testing, and mechanical seal testing. On-site testing by the customer shows that under full load operation, the system vibration value is <2.0mm/s, noise <80dB(A), permanent magnet motor temperature rise <45K, and gear temperature rise <35K. The drive system operates stably and reliably, fully meeting the operating requirements of the tower mill main unit.

High Efficiency

By integrating the low-speed permanent magnet motor and gear transmission, the transmission chain is shortened, reducing energy loss. The low-speed permanent magnet motor has high energy efficiency characteristics, the system has no coupling losses, and the gear part has forced lubrication with no oil churning losses. The overall efficiency exceeds 94%, which is about 8% higher than the traditional asynchronous motor + gearbox (oil-immersed lubrication) drive system, significantly reducing long-term operating costs.

Green

Under the same power and load conditions, the permanent magnet-gear drive system achieves a 40% reduction in height, significantly saving on plant construction height; a 25% reduction in weight, significantly reducing the use of raw materials in the drive system; and highly efficient energy-saving characteristics significantly reduce power consumption, helping mining enterprises achieve green and low-carbon production.

Equipped with an intelligent variable frequency closed-loop vector control system, it has full-load soft-start capability, with a starting current only 1/3 that of asynchronous systems, effectively reducing the factory's transformer capacity requirements; by adjusting the drive system speed, it precisely matches the mineral processing process, adapting to different ore grades, significantly improving production flexibility and economic efficiency.
