Sichuan Daomo Binda Facilitates Successful Grid Connection of Huadian Longkou Project

At 18:27 on November 15th, Unit 1 of the Phase IV 2×660MW Cogeneration Project of Huadian Longkou Company successfully connected to the grid for the first time! Behind this milestone, Sichuan Daomobinda Valve Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Daomobinda") continuously supplied high-quality equipment such as DAUME (imported) desuperheating and pressure reducing valves and Daomobinda (domestic) regulating valves, providing full support for key nodes such as unit commissioning, start-up, and grid connection, ensuring "zero delay" for the project's timely commissioning.

Daomo Binda and Huadian Longkou Company have strengthened their cooperation since 2022. Especially at the outset of the supply contract signing for the Phase IV project, the two parties established a joint task force. Daomo Binda proactively invited the client's technical personnel to the Deyang manufacturing base to witness the entire process from material warehousing to equipment factory inspection and testing. Simultaneously, Daomo Binda activated a green channel, locking in prices and inventory for raw materials in advance, refining production plans to weekly levels, and specifying quality inspection milestones to daily levels. Any unexpected needs were addressed within 48 hours, ensuring that all equipment arrived on schedule at the Phase IV project site along this repeatedly validated supply chain.

DAUME's ability to become an equipment supplier for major projects like the Huadian Longkou project stems from nearly 20 years of deep cultivation and accumulation in the high-end valve field. Relying on the fourth-generation core technology of German company DAUME, DAUME has built a complete industrial chain integrating R&D, manufacturing, welding, heat treatment, assembly, and testing in Deyang, Sichuan and Taizhou, Jiangsu. It holds full-series certifications including TS A1, CE, and TUV low-leakage, and produces over a thousand special valves such as desuperheaters and regulating valves annually. Its core technologies, such as multi-hole cage-type noise reduction and multi-stage throttling and erosion resistance, have replaced imports in over a hundred units in oil refining, chemical, and power plants.

In October 2025, the company signed a framework agreement with CNPC Global Engineering for desuperheaters from 2025 to 2027, officially entering the ranks of the nation's main energy and chemical equipment suppliers, achieving a dual breakthrough in the two core fields of power and chemicals.

The successful grid connection of Unit 1 of the Huadian Longkou project is another practical achievement of DAUME in serving the national energy strategy.
