Hangzhou Chaohang Technology and Zhejiang Jingli Bearing Establish Industry-Talent Collaborative Development Center

On the morning of Dec 2，2025, a strategic cooperation signing ceremony between Hangzhou Chaohang Technology Co., Ltd. and Zhejiang Jingli Bearing Techology Co., Ltd. was held in Luqiao District, Taizhou. On the same day, the "Jingli Bearing Intelligent Manufacturing Collaborative Development Center," jointly initiated by both parties, was officially unveiled. In his speech, Cai Zhengli, Chairman of Zhejiang Jingli Bearing, stated that the bearing industry is a core supporting area for intelligent manufacturing, and the shortage of related skilled personnel has become a bottleneck for industry development. He said that Jingli Bearing is currently accelerating its intelligent upgrading, and the demand for talent is urgent. As a key component of the company's development strategy, the jointly established Intelligent Manufacturing Industry-Talent Collaborative Development Center will undoubtedly promote the deep integration of real-world industry scenarios from Jingli Bearing into talent cultivation. In his address, Li Jianguo, Chairman of Zhejiang Jinchao Group, stated that Luqiao District, as a strong manufacturing district, possesses a solid industrial foundation and a strong demand for talent. In October of this year, the Luqiao Human Resources and Social Security Bureau signed an agreement with Jinchao Group, the parent company of Chaohang Technology, to jointly build an Intelligent Manufacturing Industry Talent Academy. This academy aims to address the structural contradiction between the shortage of skilled technical personnel in enterprises and the insufficient skills of college graduates, promote the construction of a talent training supply system that matches new-quality productivity, and accelerate the deep integration of the human resources industry with high-end manufacturing, achieving initial results. 02 Strong Alliance, Precise Focus, Jointly Serving the Regional Goal of "Manufacturing Powerhouse City"

Manufacturing is the foundation of Taizhou's city status, the basis of its strength, and the source of its prosperity. On February 14, 2003, Xi Jinping, then Secretary of the Zhejiang Provincial Party Committee, proposed the requirement to build an advanced manufacturing base during his inspection and research in Taizhou.
