SBTRI announced the successful small-batch trial production of its independently developed CJZ-SZ1 bearing magnetometer

Recently, the CJZ-SZ1 bearing magnetometer, independently developed by Shanghai Bearing Technology Research Institute Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "SAST"), has successfully completed small-batch trial production and will soon be officially launched on the market.

The successful implementation of this instrument not only marks another breakthrough in the field of bearing testing technology at the Shangzhou bearing manufacturing plant, but also fills a technological gap in my country's high-precision bearing residual magnetism detection and control, fully demonstrating the core leading role of state-owned enterprises in tackling key core technologies.

Residual magnetism in bearings directly determines their performance and service life. Improper control of residual magnetism can easily lead to accelerated bearing wear, reduced cleanliness, and decreased operational accuracy, resulting in abnormal noise and vibration in equipment, and even shortening the overall service life of the machine. It can also induce corrosion and increase starting resistance, posing hidden dangers to equipment energy efficiency and long-term stable operation. Therefore, high-precision residual magnetism detection and control has become a core key link in improving bearing product quality and ensuring the reliable operation of high-end equipment.
