Wafangdian Bearing Group Co., LTD. Steel ball manufacturing branch (referred to as ZWZ Group steel ball Branch) was established in 1949, is a state-owned wholly-owned subsidiary (branch) of ZWZ group. The company has more than 100 employees, covering an area of 14,000 square meters, with total assets of 80 million yuan, more than 200 sets of professional steel ball manufacturing and testing equipments and an annual production capacity of 5,000 tons.
ZWZ mainly produce CRB,TRB and SRB roller . The diameter of roller is 10mm-200mm. The annual capacity is 60 million pcs . Rollers are provided to locomotive , cargo , passenger train . Automotive gearbox , heavy truck bearing , precision machining bearing , wind power bearing , special bearing , metallurgical , mining machines bearing etc ., high - speed wire rod bearing , metro bearing and high - speed rail .

ZWZ owns two bearing brands, ZWZ and KRW. The company adopts international standards and can produce more than 20,000 specifications of bearing products in ten categories with various precision levels from 20mm inner diameter to 16m outer diameter, which are mainly used in industrial equipments, railway transportation, automotive vehicles, wind power and special applications.

Capacity per month of wind power steel balls is 250 tons.
The three specifications are manufactured at the same time to produce 35,000 pcs per month.If only 80mm , is produced , 80,000 pcs can be produced per month.
Lead time:In case of sufficient raw materials, the first order will take 45 days, and the second order will take 30 days.
ZWZ steel ball Dia:20-40mm
Capacity per month of precision steel balls (Diameter:20-40mm)is 130 tons.
Capacity of steel balls ranging from 22.225mm,25.4mm and 31.75mm is 200,000pcs per month,Capacity of steel balls ranging from 38.1mm and 40mm is 100,000 pcs per month.
Lead time:From forged steel balls procurement to finished product is 45 days, regular order production cycle is 30 days.

Capacity per month of steel balls which are ranging from 40-70mm us 100tons.
If above three specifications are manufactured at the same time, we can produce 60,000 pcs per month.Only 60mm is manufactured and 120,000 pcs can be produced per month.
