Recently, the Forging and Heat Treatment Workshop of NXZ has undertaken systematic efforts to address the prolonged debugging challenges of the 352226X2-2RZ bearing quenching press mold. Through continuous optimization of processes and tooling management, they have not only successfully overcome production technical bottlenecks but also achieved significant progress in product trial production and tooling upgrades. The workshop has addressed the long-standing technical challenge of debugging the 352226X2-2RZ bearing quenching press mold through persistent experimentation and repeated trial production. Gradually, effective debugging methods were summarized, and the bottleneck was successfully overcome. This effort has not only ensured the timely delivery of heat-treated products but also accumulated valuable experience for future production. Building on this progress, the workshop has continued to phase out and retrofit outdated tooling and fixtures. Reusable tooling has been precision-enhanced through manual grinding and modification, while severely deformed and irreparable quenching racks and trays have been scrapped. These measures have effectively reduced cushioning damage and deformation during heat treatment, eliminating potential quality risks caused by faulty tooling.
Furthermore, during the trial production of products for a specific company, the protective atmosphere roller hearth furnace salt bath quenching and tempering production line completed two rounds of trial runs with full success. Key indicators such as product microstructure, hardness, and decarburization depth all reached optimal levels, laying a solid foundation for further deepening cooperation between the two parties.
