First 1000KW High-Voltage Permanent Magnet Direct-Drive Turbine Vacuum Pump Rolls Off the Production Line

On December 29th, the grand finale of NASH's 2025 annual event – the "NASH: A Century of Craftsmanship, Innovation Driving the Future" themed series of activities – successfully concluded. At the event, the industry's first and the world's first 1000KW high-pressure permanent magnet direct-drive EP1000 turbine vacuum pump rolled off the production line, filling a technological gap in the industry. Leaders from the Zibo Municipal Bureau of Industry and Information Technology and relevant government departments of Boshan District, representatives from the China General Machinery Industry Association and other industry associations, along with NASH's industry customers and partners from across the country, gathered to witness this milestone moment and discuss new opportunities for the green and intelligent integrated development of industrial vacuum and gas transportation.

Zhang Yongming, Vice President of the China General Machinery Industry Association and Chairman of the Vacuum Equipment Branch, attended the event and delivered a speech. He highly praised this global debut achievement in light of the development trends and strategic direction of the general machinery industry. The successful production of the Jidinax EP1000 turbine vacuum pump is a vivid example of the company's commitment to innovation-driven development and deepening the integration of production, research, application, and government. It not only fills a technological gap in the industry but also sets a benchmark for the entire industry's high-end, green, and intelligent transformation. The highlight of this event was the official production and successful delivery of the industry's first and globally launched 1000KW high-pressure permanent magnet direct-drive EP1000 turbine vacuum pump. It is understood that this product is an upgraded replacement precisely developed by Jidinax to meet the industry's green transformation needs. Leveraging its core advantages of "high-pressure permanent magnet and all-around high efficiency," it innovatively fills a technological gap in the industry; deeply integrating green energy-saving and intelligent control technologies, it achieves significant energy and water savings in applications such as vacuum dehydration and evacuation, injecting strong momentum into the upgrading of industry equipment. Compared to traditional products, it achieves significant energy savings, especially suitable for high-load vacuum operation scenarios in papermaking, general industries, petrochemicals, and energy, providing strong equipment support for energy conservation, carbon reduction, quality improvement, and efficiency enhancement in the industry.

In his address, Li Yongyang, Vice President of Ingersoll Rand ITS Asia Pacific and Chairman of NASH, stated that today we are proud to launch the "industry's first and globally debuted" 1000KW high-pressure permanent magnet direct-drive EP1000 turbine vacuum pump. The production of this product demonstrates the deep integration of Ingersoll Rand's global product development platform and its localized R&D platform in the Asia Pacific region. It also reflects NASH's deep collaboration with governments, industry associations, and enterprise users in the industrialization of new products. As the first user of the EP1000 turbine vacuum pump, Liu Ling, Deputy General Manager of Shandong Renfeng Special Materials, was invited to attend the delivery ceremony and speak as a customer representative. She stated that Renfeng Special Materials has been deeply involved in the high-end papermaking and special materials field for many years, with high requirements for product quality and production equipment. At the same time, energy conservation and efficiency improvement are key to achieving green and sustainable development. Based on these needs, they formed a partnership with Tidinas and became trusted partners.
