Shangu EPC Project for Power Air Separation Equipment Upgrade Successfully Passes First Trial Run

Recently, a key energy-saving and consumption-reducing project for a user in North China, undertaken by Shaangu, – the upgrading and optimization of power air separation equipment – reached a critical construction milestone: the air separation compressor successfully completed its first trial run.

As a key local construction project, the successful progress of this project is of great significance for improving the company's energy efficiency and promoting its green and low-carbon transformation. After completion and commissioning, the project will improve equipment energy efficiency by more than 14%, reducing annual electricity consumption by 30.72 million kWh, saving over 9,000 tons of standard coal, and reducing carbon emissions by approximately 27,000 tons.

The air separation compressor, the "power heart" of the air separation unit, which successfully completed its commissioning, adopts a highly efficient and energy-saving design and advanced control technology, effectively reducing power consumption and operating losses, laying a solid foundation for subsequent system-wide commissioning and overall production.

Since the project's inception, the Shaanxi Blower project team has adhered to high standards and strict requirements, meticulously organized construction, overcame complex on-site conditions, and made every effort to ensure project quality and progress. During the commissioning process, all equipment operating parameters remained stable, and performance indicators met design requirements.
