Rollout of MCC Shaan-Ya Self-Designed 1750mm Meifugan Cold Roller Leveler
In early December, the 1750mm cold rolling leveling mill, independently designed and manufactured by MCC Shaanxi Rolling Mill, was installed and commissioned at Hebei Meifugan Metallurgical Materials Technology Co., Ltd., and officially put into operation. The surface finish and shape accuracy of the cold-rolled sheets after leveling far exceeded expectations. The Meifugan 1750mm four-roll cold rolling leveling mill is used to level the strip after annealing, giving it excellent mechanical and physical properties and surface quality. The mill adopts AC drive, an automatic elongation control system, and is equipped with oscillating tension rollers and tension gauges for closed-loop tension control. The mill has a maximum speed of 1200m/min and can achieve an annual output of 600,000 tons.
